Please note – Flintel Fair Use Policy applies to these plans.

• No commission applies on these plans.
• Flintel reserves the right to automatically cancel activated service numbers which have been zero-tolling in excess of 3 months consecutively.
• In the month of activation and cancellation, any service charge and data  allowances will be pro-rata for the number of days the service is active.
• These plans require a Nokia Fastmile prodived by Flintel. No other devices  are supported for these plans.
• SIM card charges are in addition to plan charges.
• Roaming is not available on these plans.
• 5G plans may only be used for data usage.
• These plans are for new activations only. No plan changes/swaps are permissible.
• Usage notifications are not provided with these plans.
• These plans are subject to location qualification to ensure availability of service.
• Cancellation fees are charged as $50 multiplied by the number of months remaining on the 5G contract,   to a maximum of $900.
• If at anytime it’s detected that the Flintel supplied modem has been (or is being) used at a different location   other than that provided to Flintel in the original service check (service address), Flintel reserves the right to  suspend or cancel your 5G internet.
• If your customer is unable to establish a 5G connection within the first 30 days, the service contract may be broken without penalty; pending the CPE returned in “as new condition”
